What can I expect from my apartment?
Depending on your selection, you can expect to be staying in anything from a one to a two bedroom apartment. All our homes are located within easy reach of the city centre, close to shops and attractions. The apartment will have all the warmth, detail and amenities of a real home.

What's included in the price?
Prices include gas, electricity, taxes, duvets, cotton linen, towels and toiletries together with a clean out charge. Interim cleaning if desired can be arranged. For stays of more than three nights we provide linen changes and cleaning every fourth day.

What other "extra" services do you offer?
Maid service, babysitting, travel bookings, private sightseeing tours booked, transfers to and from airports on request, fax/answer machines, concierge serves, dry cleaning / laundry pick-up and delivery, left luggage / storage facilities, post / parcel services.

What happens when I arrive and depart?
You may check-in between 14:00 and 22:00 hours. We will have pre-arranged with you your preferred method and time of arrival. You will either be met at the apartment or you may collect keys from a designated location. We prefer to meet you, show you around the apartment and provide you with emergency contact details. On check-out, we will meet you and collect keys. Please check-out by 11:00 am unless by prior arrangement. You may wish to check-out early - we are happy to arrange an early check-out procedure.

What do you expect from me?
We expect you to treat the apartment like your own home. Please also respect the neighbours and abide by the law of the land. On check-out, please wash all dishes and ensure you have all your belongings. We really appreciate feedback so that we have the opportunity to improve our service - please feel free to complete the Feedback Form provided in the apartment.

How do I book?
Simply complete the enquiry form letting us know the dates of your trip, which apartment you're interested in, how many people are in your party, how many bedrooms you will need and if anybody is under 12 years old. We will respond immediately to let you know if the property and dates you selected are available or to suggest alternatives.

How much does it cost?
Our prices are influenced by Edinburgh's social calendar. As a guideline our prices range from £30.00 to £55.00 per person per night (low season to calendar events). In general, we are highly competitive against hotel prices. A £150.00 breakages and damages deposit is required at time of booking, refundable on departure.

How do you calculate your charges?
We acknowledge that people visit Edinburgh for a variety of reasons. We therefore apply a rate per person per night rather than a flat rate for the apartments.

How do I pay?
Apartments are secured on receipt of your personal details and a valid debit / credit card (your card must be valid for the duration of your stay). You may pay by cash or debit / credit card (Paypal facilities available). 50% of the rental amount is required as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, the balance due on arrival. If you fail to arrive without informing us 48 hours in advance, the full balance will debited to your card. Any damages incurred will be charged against your held deposit (we will inform you in advance of these charges).
